Fertility claims are sensitive. Any future commercial relationship must be disclosed and kept separate from evidence ratings and medical boundaries.

Current Rule

Commercial relationships must not decide evidence grades, safety language, source selection, reviewer conclusions, or whether uncertainty is disclosed.

High-Caution Categories

Supplements, tests, clinics, telehealth services, financing, insurance leads, donor or surrogacy services, and fertility add-ons require explicit claim substantiation and conflict disclosure before promotion.
